This program is designed to help you understand fitness, nutrition and learn how to apply it in your everyday life all while pursuing your ideal physique with the guidance from a G-8 Fitness Assistant Coach.
What it includes:
- An hour on boarding to go over the program in detail.
- Client Handbooks
- Access to the G-8 Fitness app with macro guidance and a workout/training regimen.
- Adjustments to training and nutrition will be made on a weekly basis (no calls)
